<p class="abstract">Osteonecrosis of the femoral head, can be secondary to various causes, which traumatic or atraumatic. The corticosteroid used is a common cause non-traumatic osteonecrosis. Various viral infections have been documented osteonecrosis, none studies report COVID-19. 23-year-old gentleman diagnosed with He received steroid injections as part treatment. Nearly after two months, he was stage II osteonecrosis both heads. cumulative dose given patient not enough consider diagnosis associated combination hypercoagulability, inflammation blood vessels, and leukocyte/platelet aggregation COVID-19 might contributed development in this case. So, it also important an differential if past history come hip pain.</p>
